‘Max [Jesús Caba] wakes up without realising that the day before the clocks went back. A chain of events take place over the course of the day as a result of him leaving the house one hour late.’ This is the synopsis of the short film written and directed by Rodrigo Sorogoyen for the ιδArteRecicla project. The young promise of Spanish cinema, whose filmography includes 8 citas and award-winning Stockholm, was also president of the jury of the Audiovisual Section of the art and recycling competition. The other members were Gonzalo Salazar-Simpson, producer and director at Madrid’s School of Cinematography and Audiovisuals—ECAM, for its capitals in Spanish—and Enio Mejía, filmmaker and art director of the project.
