The Film and Audiovisual School—ECAM, for its capitals in Spanish—, signs a collaboration agreement with the Department of the Environment and Land Organisation of the Madrid Community in order to stress the importance of protecting the environment, thereby joining the public administration’s project for promoting the National Park of the Guadarrama Mountain Range.

Three short films would be shot in the park, two fictional stories and one documentary, written, directed and produced by former students who have recently graduated. In their turn, each of the films would be supervised by a teacher with a long career in the audiovisual sector. Filmmakers Mariano Barroso, Fernando Franco and David Pinillos were chosen to supervise the works by Amanda Rodríguez, Gabriel Azorín and Guillermo Chapa, respectively.
