Proyecta Burgos Has a New Manager

The last board meeting held by the Proyecta Burgos Foundation this year approves the appointment of Ramiro García as new manager.

The Fundación Proyecta Burgos, an organisation derived from the 2016 Foundation, has a new manager. Ramiro García Arnaiz from Burgos was chosen from among the three hundred candidates who took part in the selection process. The board has pointed out that the final decision bore in mind the applicant’s proactivity and his knowledge of the business and tourist sectors of the city and the region.

Ramiro García Arnaiz was born in Villalmanzo in 1967 but moved as a child to Lerma. He specialised in Business Psychology at the University of Salamanca and went on to further his studies in International Marketing International at the London Business School. From 1999 to 2005 he presided over the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Burgos. He is also president of the Castilla and León Association of Food and Drinks Industries—ACYLIAB, and of the Association of Bodegas of Burgos—Bodebur.
