Road Safety Classics at Mulafest

Past and present of fifteen posters chosen by Un mundo feliz at Mulafest.

11.07.2012

The members of Un mundo feliz, a Madrid design studio run by Sonia Díaz and Gabriel Martínez, have been commissioned to select fifteen of the most important posters in the history of the General Traffic Board—DGT. These lifelong pictures were taken as a starting point for the announcement of a very special competition, in which students of graphic design had to reinterpret the fifteen classic images.

The result is an exhibition held in the framework of the first Mulafest urban design festival, from 11 to 15 of July, where the past and present of road safety representation coexist to highlight once again the old saying that times change but messages remain.
